You're looking at a copy of Del Shannon's Handy Man LP First Canadian Edition. What makes this exceptional is it is signed by Shannon: "Ludo, all the best: Del Shannon" on the cover, as the photos indicate. 

This is a Canadian first pressing in mono, with the Quality V1746 notation. This is far more rare than the American version. 
This is a one of a kind album. 
This copy is very nice. The vinyl is VG, and the cover is EX and very clean. The autograph is in blue pen and very visible.
