The record is viewed under a bright light as well as extensively sound tested at a loud volume.

Condition:  ** This great 1961 Big Top disc plays in-between Good and Very Good Condition because of secondary surface noise in the q uiet portions , n u mero us s urface scratches, a few  very short partial finger-feel scratches, with few scattered low pop/ticks and a  m ore pro minent tick on the last five/six rotations of R unaway with no  skips - and two SKIPS on the intro of I Wake  Up Crying . The record has nice gloss, great f u ll dyna m ic rockin' sound that after the first listen of looking for drawbacks, is a great listening experience, really kickin' as this deep groove disc see m s to bring Del and the gro u p right into yo ur  roo m . Beca u se of the skips, I' m selling this as a non-playing NON-RET URN   collector ite m  to add to a collection, even tho u gh the  m a j ority of the record is playable. PLEASE CONTACT  m e prior to bidding if yo u  have any q u estions. * The cover is in Excellent Condition, no split sea m s, no handwriting, no scotch tape, bea u tif u l spine witho u t niks or frays or wear, the top edge at the opening has a very small fray, otherwise no frays or niks or wear at the top or bottom edges, very s mall fray at the top front corner, s mall price tag/dried gl ue  wear on the back cover near the top corner and  s mall  wear/gl ued  tear piece on the back cover fro m rock and roll historic age . * The label is in-between Very Good Condition, when yo u  slant the record it brings o u t  n u m ero u s light spindle marks.
