* I ship vinyl as carefully as possible. I wrap the cardboard sleeve in plastic to avoid potential water damage. I then lay the record onto cardboard which is slightly larger than the record. I then do bubble, followed by brown paper.

VINYL: I have studied the play surface very closely and though I do see some markings there is nothing that concern me. Overall this vinyl is clean and glossy. Quite frankly, I am very impressed with the condition. This record is NOT mint condition, but well maintained. I see some markings but they are superficial and sweep across the tracks as though from being removed from the sheath. There are a few small cloudy patches. I feel nothing to the fingernail. Vinyl may need a dusting, but well maintained. Please note that I no longer own a stereo, so my description of the vinyl is based upon what I see. Not what I hear. Of course, I cannot say that there won't be some surface noise. The usual with second-hand vinyl.
SLEEVE: Structurally sound. I see some wear. Seams are NOT split. I found this record within a heavy PVC sleeve. You will get that sleeve also. Some edge wear. Small patch of discolor on front right-hand. Perhaps moisture. Some creasing.
SHEATH: (vinyl comes in a paper sheath ) No structural damage. There is a seam split. Some crinkling.
Labels on record: No damage. Light wear. But nothing out of the ordinary.
TO RECAP: If you are an audiophile and seek a mint condition record (all aspects), then take a pass. If you are slightly less particular and willing to accept some this and that. This is for you. If I were the collector of this album, I would snap it up without question. I have dealt in thousands of second-hand vinyl records over the years. This one is highly acceptable.
I also sell vinyl quite frequently and have had NO issues with any vinyl that I have shipped to buyers. I believe that my visual assessment of the vinyl is on-point. I will always describe a problem if I see it.
