Dear Ebayers,

At the end of January, I've bid a record from the Der Blutharsch that was beng sold by Albin Julius.

Two days before the deadline, I had to do a retract due to unexpected financial contraints. I've contacted Albin to apologize and explain the situation.

On the 14th February I got this email from WKN :

 finally the follow up to WKN 30 - Yellow Leaf is ready.

This 7ich is limited to 15 copies only and offered ONLY to the people who ordered the boxset.
It contains an unreleased song and comes in a special cover.

 As we only made 15 copies this is based on a first pay/first served option - so the first 15 people who

answer to this mail will get a copy..sorry all the others will have NO chance..don`t ask if you don´t get it..we really have only

15 copies made!

The song on this 7inch will never ne released ever on CD or another format again - so don`t let your chance go........

 Price is € 300.- which I consider fair, if you think about how limited it is as well due to the fact that every 7inch is

signed and comes in a different colour...... so, NO 7inch is like the other one.

 GET IT OR LEAVE IT!

 As I am an admirer of the band and although I'm a bit broke right now and the record costs a fortune, I thought it would be a good opportunity. Who wouldn't want to have a 1 of the 15 copies' limited edition by Der Blutharsch? I sent the 300 € and waited for the record.

On 7th April, I receive it at home. I opened the box and got astonished: I´d paid 300€ por an used Flexi Disc!

I thought it was weird and contacted Albin.After an exchange of a couple mails, I asked if the edition really existed and the gave me the following answer:

"…of course this edition exists, as you see...it is the special edition for people who bid on other peoples auctions and refuse"

 I had set me up!!! It was really a smart move, I have to grant on that, but did he really had to do this because of a justified retract?

Although I´m pissed of for losing 300€, I have to look at the positive side of the things:  Althought it´s a used Flexi Disc, it is nevertheless an unique copy of a Der Blutharsch made exclusively for myself, with a an unique hand-made cover and everything!!!!!

You´re probably all laughing at me right know, as I was screwed up, but the guy nails me 300€ because of a retract?
