Produced by Joe Gibbs

Great "badly ugly" intro from Johnny Lover & not Joe Gibbs as states on the label, followed by a piano workout by Joe's studio band of the period.  The riddim is probably best known as "Compass" which backed the Nicky Thomas crossover hit of the following year, it was also utilised by Slim Smith as "Honey".  The reverse feaures an alternate intro from Mr. Lover but the emphasis is on a drum & bass workout by the band.  What more can be said, another scorchia.
