The cover is in M-  condition due to a small corner ding at upper right.
The printed lyric innersleeve has a few finger prints that are visible on the black printed areas.


The disc rates a solid M- when graded under a strong light.
This copy also has a four page  xeroxed insert that chronicles the history of Devil Doll
