Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo! is the debut studio album by the American new wave band Devo. It was originally released in August 1978 on the Warner Bros. label (Virgin Records in Europe). Produced by Brian Eno (with help from David Bowie) the album was recorded between October 1977 and February 1978, primarily in Cologne, Germany.


This package is in excellent to near mint condition.  I'm not an expert on grading but the disc, picture sleeve and jacket show almost no signs of wear.  It's sat on a shelf unplayed for about 40 years.  It's a promo and clearly stamped on the cover (but not the disc label).  Many audiophiles seek promotional discs because they were the first pressed and therefore possess a superior sonic quality.
