Vol. 1- 2013 Vinyl LP pressing of this collection of early recordings by the Spud boys. Devo's Hardcore documents the group's beginning as pre-Punk outcasts in the fertile Akron, Ohio, underground Rock scene. Brothers Mothersbaugh (Mark, Bob and Jim) and Brothers Casale (Jerry and Bob) along with drummer Alan Myers soon whipped up an otherworldly brand of 'devolved blues'. Recorded on various four-track machines and in tiny studios, basements and garages between 1974-1977, Hardcore reveals their strikingly clear vision: rock 'n' roll stripped bare of its collective cool and jerked back into propaganda fit for post-modern man. It's no surprise that these transmissions would soon catch the eye and ear of Brian Eno, who later produced their landmark 1978 debut album. New & Sealed.

When you are done purchasing all the items you'd like, wait for us to send the invoice through E-Bay with the combined shipping/handling total.
- Can I pick my item up personally?
Unfortunately, we can't accomodate local pickups as we are an internet-based store only.
- How long before my order ships?
Orders usually ship within 2-7 business days. Please understand that it is impossible to keep all 100,000+ items (and multiple copies of those items) in stock at all times. Sometimes an order gets caught while re-supplying. Once an order is in the hands of the USPS, it can take another 2-14 days.
- Why hasn't my item been shipped yet?
Please be patient. It is somewhere in our delivery path. Sometimes our emails get screened out. The bottom line is that 90% of all orders arrive within 10 days and 99% arrive within 3 weeks.
- Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes, tracking is included with all shipments.
- What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through Paypal. We also accept Propay.
- How do you handle refunds and credits?
For situations in which a credit is in order, we will refund your Paypal account or credit card, minus shipping charges.
- You haven't emailed me my total! How do I pay?
Our system will automatically send an E-Bay invoice within 24 hours of the end of auction.
- Can I return my product?
Yes, if your product is defective, we will send a replacement as long as it is sent back within 30 days of purchase.
- What if my order is not complete when it arrives?
Check your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure the items weren't sent in multiple shipments. If they weren't, contact us and we we'll take care of it.
- What if one of my items is not available (out of print/stock)?
Record companies take LP's cd's, and dvd's in and out of circulation all the time, without notice, to generate future demand. We have no control over this and it affects all media sellers. Therefore, we will refund the item(s) and the shipping charges and send the rest of your shipment.
