First Pressing with "NYC" Address on Labels !!

VAN GELDER stamps and Ear Etched in the Dead Wax !!

"43 West 61st New York 23" Address on Sleeve !!

Sleeve is in VG+ Condition (has a name written faintly on the back in pencil, top right, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG+ Condition.
