Description

Dexter Gordon - A Swingin' Affair, a US 1977 Stereo reissue released on the Blue Note white "b" label. VAN GELDER stamped in the deadwax.
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl is spotlessly clean with excellent glossy lustre and only one or two fine scuffs, barely visible.Labels and spindle holes clean - graded EX.
Playtest reveals clean & engaging in the room sound, crisp and clear, with superb stereo separation. The vinyl plays through beautifully with no issues. An excellent pressing.
The cardboard outer sleeve is solid with little wear, colours still true, lovely readable spine. The bottom LH corner has been clipped otherwise this would have graded easily EX. No writing, stains, tape, splits or tears.
The original Blue Note printed inner sleeve is present but has a split to one side. We have decanted the record into a brand new poly lined inner sleeve to preserve it after cleaning.
The record will be sent separated out in an archival outer sleeve to prevent transit splits.
