Dexter Gordon Blows Hot and Cool Dootone DL 207 red vinyl mono deep groove original pressing record. This is a well sought after record and has Leroy Vinnegar, Carl Perkins, Jimmy Robinson and Chuck Thompson as the band. This is THE original pressing red label red vinyl mono 1955 first release. Now for the important stuff like the record condition. I will play it safe and give this a VG rating, I personally played this record before listing it and it plays VG+, doe snot have surface noise except when the needle is on the dead wax opening. There are some light hairlike surface marks from past usage (with this kind of hard bop from 1955, you HAD to play this record) but they are not major, plays VG+, rated as VG, you won't be sorry investing in this rarity as it only shows upo once in a while and here is a chance to own an original of this classic hard bop record. See photos above for tune names and everything else you need. Investment quality record. PayPal preferred and overseas bids OK. Very reachable reserve. For those potential bidders who would look at feedback to determine whether or not to bid, please bid with confidence as I personally played this record to check it and stand by the condition rating, it is indeed VG+ the way it plays but I will go wit VG since you can see the tiny hairlike surface marks but it does play and swing very well. This is a real collectors item for sure.
