What to say? Kevin Rowland and his various collaborators have created some of the most resonant, enriching and questioning music of the 20th and 21st Centuries.

I've awaited Dexy's releses with an excitement and anxiety that I've never felt for another band.

That Come On Eileen has become an anthem - albeit one that no-one can dance to - despite their best efforts, is no surprise. It is truly magnificent.

This is something a bit special - an original Master Room Acetate  - Not a Promo - a wholly authentic aluminium based acetate. Aluminium based disc - you can see it on the perimeter, acetate coating - with tell tale purple hue when held to the light.

The disc itself is in excellent condition - unusual for an acetate. A Side has the title track - B side is blank - There is no second puncture so it is clearly not just a reference disc - this is the finished article and the one that would have lead to this being the biggest seling single of 1982.
