Al Di Meola/John Mclaughlin/ Paco De Lucia 'Saturday Night In San Francisco' (Impex 2021)


I'm selling this copy simply because I'm super fussy about my favourite items so I bought a new copy that didn't have a seam split!


There are several versions of this release doing the rounds, but the Impex pressing is leagues ahead of all the others. If you want to show someone what well record, mastered (by Bernie Grundman) & pressed vinyl record sounds like, this should be one of your demo records. It also sounds amazing on a decent set of headphones. There are several very good reason this version usually retails for £57!


The record itself is NM, having been played literally a couple of times and carefully stored since.


The sleeve has the obvious blemishes of the seam split at the top of the rear gatefold (please see close-up photos). There are also a couple of tiny (<1cm) chips on the open edge of the front gatefold. If you're not overly fussed about those marks, grab yourself a bargain.


Issued in a heavy tip-on style gatefold sleeve with clear resealable outer, printed 16-page booklet and a square, slightly frosted, inner sleeve.
