Diamond Head Lightning to the Nations LP - Original Pressing !!!
This is one of the first 1000 pressings of this seminal NWOBHM album. It has absoultely no adornments being a plain white cardboard cover, plain white label. Not even a track listing was supplied. That is how you can tell that it is one of the first 1000 copies. It was signed before despatch by Brian Tatler the guitarist. A well known online encyclopaedia says :" The album came in a plain sleeve with no title having on it only a signature of one of the band members and no track listing.There were originally only 1000 copies pressed of the album which were only available at their concerts or through mail order at a cost of £3.50.This album has become one of the most sort after record collector items of the time."
Purchased by me 30 years ago as a result of the advert in Sounds, carefully stored but little played since then.
