Here we have a rare original copy of Dick Dale & His Del-Tones' Surfer's Choice album from 1962. This was the debut album for Dale and featured the longer rendition of his hit song "Misirlou Twist". This particular copy is the 1st mono issue pressed on the white Deltone labels. This is the true 1st issue without mention of Capitol. The record is in borderline VG+/VG with surface scratches and some more notable scuffs. The record plays great with the occasional pop and crackle. The cover is in VG condition with ring wear, edge wear, and a slight crease on the bottom right hand corner. There is also some writing on the back cover. Also included with this album is Dale's "Let's Go Trippin'"/"Del-Tone Rock" 45 single from 1961. The song features on the album, but was released before Surfer's Choice came out. The 45 is in VG condition with some surface scratches and scuffs. It plays through well with some hissing towards the end of Side 1. The labels are also pretty clean.
