Completely Obscure and Oddball "Song Poems". Out of Hollywood, M.S.R.Records was an infamous "song-poem" label of the 1970s. For a fee, aspiring songwriters could send in their lyrics and have them produced & recorded by one of MSR's house acts. The results are predictably both odd and absolutely amazing. This LP includes "Hot Pants And Leather Boots That Shine".
Media Condition: NM, a few very faint superficial paper scuffs if you look very closely under bright light.
Sleeve Condition: Excellent (EX) tiny corner dings, might have been there in the pressing.

Vinyl Grading Scale:
NM = A near perfect record in every way. Record shows no obvious signs of wear.
EX = Somewhere between VG+ and Near Mint.
VG+ = Record has been played, but previous owner took good care of it. Record will have light scuffs or light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Very little to no background/surface noise will be heard while the record is playing.
Conservative grading.I only grade Mint if the LP is still sealed.
