This is a very rare advance copy of D4's first record. The covers weren't ready for the release so they made up some temporary covers and included a slip to trade in for the real cover when they were available. These were only sold locally in Minneapolis. I bought this when it came out and by the time I got around to going to the store to get the cover, they were all gone. As you can see, the friend of theirs that made this cover couldn't spell their name correctly. I haven't seen any of these advance copies offered before, as I'm sure most people got a real cover for theirs. I don't know much about record grading. I would say the vinyl is VG+/nMint.
