Dinah Lee - I Can't Believe What You Say / Pushin' A Good Thing Too Far - Aladdin WI 608 (1965)
Interesting 60's female vocal Mod sounds from Miss Lee who hails from New Zeland, known in the 60's as the 'Queen Of The Mods', here on the aladdin label release, a subsidiary of Island records there were also reggae releases on the imprint, hence how it came into my hands, a nice slice of 60's pop here. I also have the other release by Dinah on aladdin up for auction so check that out too.
VG+ with a few light marks, plays great with odd very light pop, music strong and clear, check the clips.
Clean labels with intact centre (see photo's of both sides).
I've been a collector of records for 25 years, and mainly reggae & soul over the last 15 years, I've also sold many rare and collectable Reggae & related, Northern Soul and other records, I grade according to the Record Collector Price Guide system, and have never had a problem in the past with my grading standards. I tend to err on the side of caution, but its best if you listen to the soundclip and make your own opinion, the clips are recorded directly with Audacity from my stereo with an SL120 which just has a generic cartridge and needle in at the moment, so its basic but unadjusted.

RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any moajor defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-fillerPostage rates are: UK - £2.49 + 50p each extra, UK First class.
