   This is brand new, unsealed to take the pic. Vinyl has never been played. Here's a description from Outer Battery Records' Website:

 Extremely limited, vinyl only release - Dinosaur Jr play the entire Bug LP, start to finish! An incredible live recording, exclusively mastered for vinyl, with cover art by Marq Spusta. This record will be released on July 10th but the only way to get a copy of the limited version is to pre-order it now and we'll ship them to arrive just before the street date. There are only 200 copies of this LP on purple vinyl, don't miss out!
