Description

The product is a first press vinyl LP by Dion and the Belmonts, titled "Presenting Dion and the Belmonts" released under the Laurie record label. This 33 RPM record features a doo-wop style and is in a 12" black vinyl format, housed in a cardboard sleeve cataloged as LLP 1002. The record has been tested and is graded as VG+/VG+. Despite the surface scratches, it plays amazingly well. It doesn't have any skips, pops, or background noise. It plays completely clear in between songs as well. The cover has a repaired halfway split cover (see pics). This makes it a desirable addition to any music collection for fans of rock and classic doo-wop music.

Playback & Grading: This record has been play-tested on a Rega Planar 3 turntable fitted with a Rega Exact 2 moving magnet (MM) cartridge featuring a Vital profile diamond stylus. Playback has been evaluated for skips, repeating clicks, and excessive surface noise. Any significant playback issues are noted in the listing. All records are graded conservatively according to the Goldmine Grading Standard.
