Description
A superb top copy of Dire Straits - Alchemy Live, their 1984 double album recorded whilst touring the previous year. Like new - this is archival quality as shown in the photos. Includes many extended versions of classic DS hits including Sultans Of Swing, Romeo and Juliet, Private Investigations and more - see photos for full track listings.
Both records have been ultrasonically cleaned in our amazing Degritter. The vinyl is sparkling clean and very glossy with no marks - this has been played a couple of times only. Clean labels and spindle holes - graded NM
Playback is clean, wide, atmospheric and very dynamic. Wonderful instrument separation. Mark's guitar work is magical, the recording captures the interplay between the band members and with the audience - an enchanting listen!
The vinyl plays through beautifully with no issues, no jumping or sticking, just great sound.
The gatefold sleeve is like new - beautifully clean, smooth & crisp. Hardly any wear, lovely sharp spine, a tiny patch of surface removal to the rear, barely worth mentioning. No writing, tears, stains, splits or tape.
The original black inner sleeves are present & still doing their job.
A minty top copy & a must for any DS fan - fully cleaned, tested, & ready to pop straight onto your turntable and play loud!
