DESCRIPTION: Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms LP. 1st UK pressing with stickered sleeve, printed inner sleeve and A1/B8 matrix. Postage cost includes tracking and a box mailer. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Vertigo VERH 25: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1985. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX+. Vinyl is immaculately clean with a deep dark sheen. Played majority of this today. Sits flat on turntable, Plays very loud, clean and clear, pretty much faultless. Cover is one of the cleanest I have seen for this. It is firm and square with minimal edge-wear, minimal corner-wear and minimal creasing. Great shape to fully legible spine. Printed inner sleeve has minimal wear, light foxing and no splits. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 40-50 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
