- Record: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG++ (Side A has a bit of surface wear)
- Cover: VG+VG+ (Crease at bottom right corner on front, which goes through the pages. Front and back has some surface wear. Bit of wear along the edges)
- Pages: Last few pages have a tiny crease at top right corner. Last page has some dirt specks)
