CONDITION:  Used. Album very good +. 2 small bumps to bottom corners, about 1/8 x 1/8 in. (pictured).  No ring wear to front or back cover. A slight scuff to upper left corner. Scoring/depressions at lower right corner, only visible with reflective light. 8 small dimple/depressions in area of large arch doorway, not visible. About a 2 in. long creese to back cover only at lower left corner, not visible. Record near mint/mint. Record played with no skips or background noise. A couple light scratches to both sides, only visible by reflective sunlight. No markings/chips to record label or at pilot hole, both sides.  Inner sleeve upper corner has double corner fold at open end. No side splits to inner sleeve. Booklet with 11 pages is secure in place, no pages loose/torn or missing. No ink/pencil marks.
