Description

A Disneyland Record Walt Disney's Songs and Stories of Uncle Remus Record and Book.  Featuring the Academy Award winning song Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah and more.  The artwork on the album sleeve and book is great.  The cover features Brer Rabbit, Brer Fox and Brer Bear on a yellow background.  
Condition is fair.  There is some creasing to the edge of the sleeve and some staining to the back of the sleeve.  Book is in good condition and the record seems to be in great condition.  I do not have a record player and have never played this, but it's a great piece and would look incredible framed.
