For Sale is a copy of The Dizzy Reece Quintet "Variation On Monk" Catalogue number Tempo EXA 84.
This is an ultra rare record in Fantastic condition.
Matrix on side one is VEP 716 IC
Matrix on side two is VEP 717 IC

CONDITION (I am not a record dealer so have added multiple photos so that the condition can be ascertained by the buyer, apologies if my descriptions are lacking or convoluted )
Sleeve: The sleeve is in excellent condition with no splits, tears or writing, however the address of the record label "113 Fulham Road, London, S.W.3" has been highlighted with pink highlighter. (see photos). there is also a small (1.5 x 0.5 cm) sticker to the top left front of sleeve with the year 1957 written in ink pen, I would propose that this sticker could be removed with care without harming the sleeve. (see photos) It is still shiny and clear with a little ring wear to the centre that is hardly noticeable or unexpected
Vinyl: The sound quality of this record is excellent with no jumps, skips or pops. There are hardly no surface marks to the vinyl but what there are are very very few and do not effect the sound quality in any way, I would suggest that they are merely marks from the record being slipped in and out of the sleeve. This record really looks unplayed. The labels are clear and bright with no writing, scratches or marks at all.
I have done much research into the value of this record and previous ebay sales, this is reflected in both the starting price and reserve.
