Description
Dark blue label with silver text. A hole in the center of the jacket and through the record label indicates a "promotional" copy. Deep groove, stereo. 10 tracks. Leader, Dodo Marmarosa, piano; Richard Evans, bass; Marshall Thompson, drums. Recorded in Chicago at 2 sessions in 1961. Tunes are mainly standards with 1 original by Marmarosa. Rare.
Cover: Mint(-) Intact and clean. Minor aging. Fine condition, close to new.
Record: Mint (-) Visually shows no wear. Possibly only played 1 time with care. No marks on the vinyl surface. On Side 1, Track for there is slight groove noise and a few very faint clicks. These occur near the begining of the Track 4 and is barely audible. No other noise. Essentially plays as new. Audibly checked.
