POSTAGE TERMS: Postage cost includes Australia Post charges and packaging costs. Due to the number of missing parcels and the delays in postage it has become necessary for ALL items to be sent with a tracking number. For letters this will be Registered Post. For Parcels this will be a Tracking Number via Parcel Post. We will supply you with this number so you can track your parcel with Australia Post. We realise this increases the cost of postage but we have endeavoured to minimise this as much as possible. And hope this provides a much faster and more reliable service to our customers.
PAYMENT TERMS: We require contact to be made within 3 days of your purchase(s). Payment for all purchases is required within 5 days of purchase(s) being made. Where payment is not received within this time frame an unpaid item case will be opened.
Once payment has been received all purchases will be posted on the next business day. Please note that during major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter and other major Public Holidays there may be some delay in your purchases being received.
ORDERS TAKEN UPON REQUEST: Cost will depend on what is involved and time taken to complete the order. Time to complete and get orders posted will vary depending on other orders and time needed to complete the order. All details will be provided upon request.
