The test play was brilliant, I would rate this as near mint in playback quality.
Vinyl has excellent luster showing very little wear, sound is bright and full with little if any surface noise.
The labels are bright and clean
The Jacket is Excellent, Tight seams, crisp corners, shows very little wear, some minor corner and edge wear.

Don Cherry with saxophonist Gato Barbieri with bassist Henry Grimes and drummer Ed Blackwell.

Each side of the original LP were suites, side-long compositions working with several themes. Critics have proposed this recording as an important innovation in the Free jazz of the time, introducing "an alternative both to athematic improvising and to monothematic pieces".
