Caprice Records 2001, recorded either 1971-72. 2-LP set. Both discs in absolute mint condition. Gatefold jacket also perfect physically. Previous owner’s ballpoint date inside first gatefold panel is the only drawback. Sample copy sticker visible on front cover. Stickers showing “new” catalog number also cover the old catalog number on back cover, and on both disc labels. Also includes 12 x 12 explanatory page. This is one of over 200 LPs being consigned on auction weekly between now and Spring 2007 from the well-kept and thorough collection of the late sculptor Bradford Graves, a key participant in the operations of New York performance space Soundscape. The collection ranges from Art Blakey to Han Bennink, with especially strong showings of Saturn, FMP, ICP, and US private pressings from the early Seventies. Some prizes and surprises in every batch.
