Don Drummond - The Best Of

(Studio One SOL 9008 LP 1968)

 

This is an early 1970's Jamaican LP pressing. It has a thick card matt sleeve. This is printed by "Speed-O-Graphic Printers". It comes with its original polythene inner sleeve. This is in VG- condition.

The record is pressed on thick vinyl (approx 160 grams) & has part smooth, part textured white & black "Studio 1" labels. These are grooved also.

A genuine early 1970's Jamaican LP pressing. A classic Instrumental Ska album.

 

Sleeve: Some mild to more moderate rubbing wear to the spine, top & bottom edges. There is some mild to more moderate ringwear/ rubbing wear to the front. There are no seam splits. VG condition.

Vinyl: The polythene inner has left some moderate marks on Side 1. There are some mild to more moderate pressing marks which can be viewed under a strong light. This is very common with Jamaican pressed LP's. There are some mild sleeve rubs. There is also a minor warp. It hardly notices & does not affect play at all. Good+ condition. The labels are clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is some light, mild, & more moderate crackle in some quieter places. It does not jump & is quite a good playing copy.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
