Description

Don Fagerquist Octet "Eight By Eight" - Mode MOD LP #124

Original deep groove mono LP pressing from 1958 in EX condition! Glossy with some extremely light surface wear. Cover is VG due to split spine lower 6", and small torn spot on front top right where the original price sticker had been. One of the finest west coast jazz dates ever. The playing by Fagerquist, Herb Geller, Bob Enevoldsen, Mel Lewis and others is spectacular; same goes for the Marty Paich charts. Please see images for titles and details.
