It is as new, as you would expect after buying a new record! It has no scratches or defects of any kind! Bright as new shine,no spindle wear,writing or other negatives. Cover is the same: Bright Shine both sides,no rips, no tears,no writing,stiff new cardboard, sharp corners & edges etc Safely Graded Near Mint! .
