See also my other Jazz listings in my ebay store, new albums added daily this month. A very desirable version of a very desirable box set. Don Rendell / Ian Carr Quintet Complete Lansdowne Recordings 1965 - 1969 5Lp Box, with a super low number of 141 of the thousand that were made. These sold out in two days. Phase 111 had a pressing fault to some or all sets, and I took the nervy decision to send the one lp back and they sent me the replacement, in shrink wrap, so the outer box retains its shrink and this one lp is the only one that came with the wrap for this reason. Flippers did not know to do this. Sealed sets probably have the faulty album. Mine is fixed. This really is the height of British modern jazz. Five rock solid top shelf albums that all sell for more than the price of this whole box, often going in to 4 figures, there's even completed sales and current listings for the reissues of these as single albums that have £130+ each on them!. My ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type. We offer massive postage subsidies to overseas buyers on multiple purchases. i.e £1 extra per lp to a maximum of £15, then no extra charge. We pack carefully in custom made hard card boxes. If the appearance or playgrade suggests it requires it, our records are cleaned on a wash and vac machine, using art du son fluid in distilled water. This is already in a new heavy poly outer with antistatic inners added with outer sleeve and records all layered behind each other to prevent splits.
