DON RENDELL QUARTET


The Great Don Rendell Quartet


(UK Tempo, EXA 11, 1955)

Ideal for collectors!! SUPER RARE ORIG UK 1955 PRESSING!! 

The sleeve has seen better days but the disc is really nice and this is hard to find in any shape these days... A British Jazz landmark here!!

Amazingly, I had 2 of these both with the sleeves in similar shape - I have never found any other examples! Both were from my personal collection and this is the last one.

MORE GREAT SINGLES LISTED THIS WEEK - ALL STARTING AT £2 AND ALL IN NICE SHAPE!! HAVE A LOOK!!



Disc is VG++ : disc still has nice shine, very light small surface marks when held up to a light but nothing heavy, both sides play great with no groovewear or distortion!!

Laminated flipback sleeve is POOR : tape on opening edge and across back, disc imprint, 3 small pieces missing - 2 on front and 1 on back - all covered with old brown tape... other than that it isn't too bad - not completely falling apart, no splits, yellowed on both sides - to be honest the only other one of these I have had didn't have a sleeve so there you go :)
