Label is "New York USA" on both sides.  "RVG" and "The Ear" aka "P"  in the runout on both sides. "Review Copy" stamped on Side 2.  Back has "43 West 61st Street, New York 23, NY" address.  "43 West 61st" inner sleeve included which shows the never (by Blue Note) released Tina Brooks 4052 "Back To The Tracks".

Record looks and plays VG+.  Both sides have scuffs and marks. No heavy or long scratches.   

Cover is VG

 Front cover is bright and still glossy, shows some light wear and looks nice. Spots of heavy wear and missing laminate at the corners. Back cover has moderate to heavy wear and staining at the pocket.  Piece of laminate missing at the pocket. Name written at top and times written by the tune titles. Bottom seam heavily worn and split app 1/2 inch at the pocket. Spine is bright and readable.
