Donald Byrd • Free Form 1st Mono 1966 Original Blue Note BLP 4118 Stamped Van Gelder on both sides. New York white and blue labels.

RECORD: VG+
Really nice shiny wax with clean labels. Record has a fair amount of light surface scuffs and hairlines on both sides. Also a patch of light surface marks on side 2 (not sure what caused them). Everything I mentioned is very minimal though and you have to tilt record the right way in a light to see. Just giving you all the details I can. There are no actual scratches that stand out or that would greatly affect sound. Play tested this one just to be sure and it plays great.
COVER: EX
Solid cover with a bright shiny gloss. Tight, strong seams and spine, no splits, no wear. Front looks almost flawless, back has extremely minor ring wear. Comes with original inner sleeve which is also in great shape except for an inch long split on bottom (of inner sleeve only).
