Description
For sale is a rare early pressing of Places and Spaces by Donald Byrd on the Blue Note label. The vinyl is pristine and fully tested, on the stronger side of EX and pretty close to NM, you have to look really closely to find even small micro flaws. I played this start to finish and it plays like new. The jacket isn't as nice, quite a bit of shelf and edge wear, and a couple of places on the back where the art is peeling or damaged a little, I took pictures of those areas. The original custom inner is solid along the spine and one side, split a few inches inches along the other side. This early pressing is made by All Disc Records (see Discogs for etching info if curious) and has the song title "Dominoes" rather than "(Fallin' Like) Dominoes, along with a couple of other title/credit differences from later pressings. If you are looking for a great sounding early pressing of this classic, look no further.
