Description
Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of the Donald Byrd 'Royal Flush' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4101. The musicians include Pepper Adams, Herbie Hancock, Butch Warren, and Billy Higgins.
Record info:
I have graded it VG due to a long visible sleeve type scuff on side 1, not deep and barely audible if at all. The second side is close to NM. It does play with some minor surface noise. It sounds great!
Cover info:
Strong VG+ with solid seams. It does have some dishing from previous improper storage. The back cover has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp. It comes with the original Blue Note Records inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
NY USA label mono press. It has the Van Gelder stamp and Ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
