This original cover was changed four months after its original release in the U.S. Both Eumir Deodato and CTI Records sued the Muse label due to the unauthorized use of Deodato's name as co-leader.

Deodato had been hired by Muse only as arranger and sideman (to add keyboard parts) and was under exclusive contract to CTI Records at that time.
