Domestic Services:

We use a variety of couriers.  Packages may be shipped via FedEx, USPS,  or UPS.

All packages are fully insured up to the the purchase price. 

Shipping costs for large items will be  dramatically higher due to dimensional charges by FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Please be aware that USPS (United States  Postal Service) provides a Delivery Confirmation Number NOT a Tracking  Number. In some circumstances tracking information is not updated  immediately or until the package has been delivered.  This does not mean  the package has not been shipped. It is more likely that Postal Service  employees failed to scan the package during processing.

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to  PO/APO/FPO boxes. You must provide a street address for all FedEx and  UPS packages

Higher shipping costs may apply to  customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a US Territory, or  a Military Installation (APO/FPO). Please send us a message and we will  work with you to get the lowest rate possible.

International Services:

Packages weighing less than 4 lbs (1.8  kgs) will be shipped via USPS 1st Class. Please allow at least 2 weeks  for delivery.

Flat Rate Packages as well as those  weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kgs) and within dimensional guidelines will be  sent via USPS Priority Mail (5-7 Days to most locations)

We will ship any regular, oversize, or  overweight package with FedEx, UPS, or DHL only if a 3rd Party Account  Number is provided.

Buyer is responsible for all duties and  taxes where applicable.

Please send us a message specifying zip  code, type of address (residential or commercial) and if a lift gate  would be required. We will get back to you with an exact quote.

The only carrier we use is YRC. If you  prefer a different carrier you are more than welcome to arrange a  pickup.
