Description
My listening equipment is a highly revealing Yamaha PF-800 turntable (equal to a 1990s LP12 – I am not familiar with the modern ones that cost more than a small car), pre/power amps and B&W Matrix Reference speakers. Before listing I always clean LPs on a vacuum record cleaning machine and I always determine audio quality by playing the LP not just by visual inspection. For this LP I have used an Ortofon OM10 MM cartridge.
Rare UK 1st pressing. Vinyl grades Excellent with just a couple of soft ticks to the run-in grooves. The cover has some rubbing to the bottom left corner and along the spine (see close-up photos), a tiny (1mm) scuff to the front (see close-up photo) and some indentation marks midway down the opening edge – shown here in bright angled light (see close-up photo). For what it is I would still rate the cover VG because, even if a mint cover existed (doubtful) it would be no great shakes with its passport-quality photography, blue text against a turquoise background and poorly printed matt stock. I bet ebay uses that last line of text in the abbreviated version it puts on mobile phones. Plain white poly-lined inner sleeve.
The record will be well packaged for safe transit - I used to sell a lot of records on ebay so I have a good packaging procedure.
