Seller is the Original Owner and received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release.  The album is still sealed in the original shrink wrap. The vinyl discs have never been taken from their sleeves and have never been played. They are assumed to be in Mint condition.

The gatefold cover is in VG+ condition.  It has a cut corner, which designated it as a promo copy.  It also has a hype sticker promoting two singles from the album.  The shrink wrap is tight and wrinkled and may have lightly adhered to the cover in some spots.  It has the original inner sleeves.  Please zoom in on the provided photos to see the overall condition of this item.

(Wikipedia Excerpts)  Bad Girls is the eighth studio album by American singer and songwriter Donna Summer, released on April 25, 1979, on Casablanca Records. Bad Girls is widely considered one of the greatest disco albums.

Bad Girls reached the top the US Billboard 200, where it stayed for six weeks. Bad Girls also topped the Billboard R&B Albums chart for three weeks, and all cuts from the album topped the Disco Top 80 for seven weeks. It contained the US Billboard Hot 100 number-one hits "Hot Stuff" and "Bad Girls", and the number-two hit "Dim All the Lights".

Bad Girls was universally acclaimed and was certified platinum—now triple platinum—by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) within just a week of its release. At the 1980 Grammy Awards, Bad Girls was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance and "Hot Stuff" won Best Female Rock Vocal Performance. Additionally, "Dim All the Lights" was nominated for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance and "Bad Girls" was nominated for Best Disco Recording.

I have recently begun to list my 2500+ record collection on Ebay, so please check back occasionally to see my new listings. My collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983. Most of my vinyl records have never been played, and many have their original shrink wrap. Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired many promotional and collectible LPs from that era.

Grading methodology is as follows:

M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played.

NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.

VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy.

VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.

Seller ships domestically within the United States via United States Post Office Media Mail with tracking. This is the most economical option. Seller will insure packages valued above $30.  Insurance does not cover missing packages after they have been delivered to the buyer's address, only damage or loss during shipping. Warping is possible if vinyl records are exposed to sun/heat during hot months. Provide a shady area for your package delivery, and bring package inside as soon as possible.  If Buyer would prefer a faster shipping service, please contact the Seller before completing the transaction to discuss options such as Priority Mail. Per USPS, Priority Mail packages are delivered in 1-3 days.
