Description
Rare 12" single by Donna Summer - "Last Dance" 1978 NBD 20122 DJ Casablanca Records & Filmworks. Marked "Collectors Gift Series" on the front cover.
This is one of a limited set of 12" promo singles for Club & DJ promotion released by Casablanca Records in support of the motion picture "Thank God It's Friday". Marked "Music From The Original Soundtrack Of" above the title on the front cover.
Running time: 8:10 / 120 BPM
(Note: This is part of a 10-record set of rare, collectible Club & DJ promo 12" Singles to promote the move "Thank God It's Friday".)
The Near Mint vinyl appears to be unplayed and has no scratches or sleeve rub marks.
The front cover is Excellent with a light curve impression on the left side but no rub or wear through in the artwork. There is a minor wrinkle on the lower left edge, and the lower left corner has a small wrinkle.The bottom edge and the spine have minor rub wear.
The back cover is Excellent with some minor wrinkling on at top right center and along the lower right side.
This TGIF single-sided 12" single promo was not drilled, corner cut or razor cut. There is a printed "window" promo disclaimer at the center bottom of the front cover (see photo).
I grade very conservatively and try to give a concise description of the condition of my records, so that my customers can make an informed decision with no "surprises" upon receipt. That being said, I grade by eye and touch and do not make any guarantees regarding audio quality, background noise, clicks, pops, etc.
