Description
An extremely rare 12" single for Donny and Marie Osmond from the 1978 movie "Goin' Coconuts". This WLP single features the song "On The Shelf" on both sides of the record, and the song is extended to 4:28 instead of the common 3:36 version on the 45's. This is the longest version available since the soundtrack version is 3:58. I am the original owner of this record, and I received this when I worked in radio in the late 70's. We recorded this song to a music cart, and I kept this in my collection all these years and have never played it. It is obvious when you look at the record on both sides. The cover shows wear from storage, but there are no cuts, tears, or writing. This song was popular on the adult contemporary and Top 40 charts, and I remember this song being played in a couple of discos as well. Sold "as-is", and shipping is included.
