Description
For sale is Donovan's A Gift From A Flower To A Garden, originally released in 1967 on Epic Records as a double album box set. In the box are two LP's and a folder containing twelve lyric sheets on different color card stock. I bought this used, played it once or twice and immediately put it away in storage until today. I always put my records directly into a protective inner sleeve(s), thus preserving the integrity of the inserts and the original inner sleeves. These inserts are Near Mint , with only two of the cards having tiny creases. The vinyl on Record One is Near Mint with matrix #'s 1-C/1-C. Record Two is VG+ with small surface scratches that do not affect playback, and have matrix #'s 1-D/1-C. The cover has a lot of ring wear and there is damage to all the corners, mostly tears and separations. The spine is Excellent. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. This would make a great addition to a anyone's collection. I have more albums listed in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're all Near Mint. I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
