Donovan - A Gift From a Flower to a Garden UK Mono First Press Pye LP (1968)
Scarce original UK first mono pressing of Donovan's 1968 psych folk classic A Gift From a Flower to a Garden.
2 x blue-label Pye LPs in their original box with original inner sleeves and folder containing all lyric inserts.
From a private collection - one owner from new and new to the market.
Box is VG-; no splits, creases or damage; a little rubbing to edges; interior bright and clean; faint numbers written in pen to top left of rear, as pictured.
Folder VG; one small spot to lower right corner; one v slight handling mark to top edge, as pictured; contents clean, bright and sharp; just two very faint age spots to numbers 4 and 7.
Discs VG-; glossy and clean with some light signs of surface wear; light surface noise; labels clean with light spindle marks; small, faintly sounding scuff mark to bands 3-5 on side 1 of record 2
Ultrasonically cleaned and finished with a Keith Monks Gemini so in the best possible condition and ready to play. Will be sent in new anti-static poly-lined sleeves (with the originals as well) in a sturdy box style record mailer.
