Original UK Elektra Butterfly label stereo press LP.
The last LP by The Doors recorded in LA in January 1971, just before Jim Morrison left for Paris and his later death. With the die-cut PVC sleeve, yellow crucifix inner and earliest A-1 B-1 matrices, A-8 A-8 stampers and EKS-75011/K.42090 sleeve credits, with the 'Doors Music' label credits!   The embossed Shorepak matt PVC window sleeve is intact & in VG+ condition, with some light edge/corner wear & some storage rubbing/waving on the outer cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the yellow inner is intact and in EX condition.   The record is in visually EX condition, with a few faint hairlines and one or two small needle marks visible at the start of each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief background noise during the run in grooves and briefly in a couple places caused by the needle marks on the start of each side. Overall, still a really great, loud and clear listen!   The matrix nos. are; K-42090, A-1 stamper A-8, B-1 stamper A-8. This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1971 UK stereo issue of this album.
    All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!   All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.
  All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2kg,

Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to 2kg weight restrictions.
