In Original Vinyl Inner Sleeve.
with Incomplete Foldout Lyrics Linernotes Sheet = It's Unique Style Outer Cover Instead of OBI Strip
But Front Part Was Unfortunately Cut and Lost on This Copy.
And Catalogue Sheet of Nippon Victor Releases Was Lost Too.
This Is White Label Copy, So Japanease Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split).
