Description

Dorothy Ashby with Frank Wess: Hip Harp on Prestige 7140. RVG in deadwax and deep groove. (I tried to capture the deep groove in the last picture).

We rate the record album as VG+. It has a minor scratch on side (A), fourth track and minor scratch on side (B), track two. Fine surface noise (pops)  could be heard on these tracks, but they seemed minor when played on a high end stereo.  This record has not been professionally cleaned.

We rate the album cover as G (Good).  Spilts are: 2 inch on upper right; 4 inch in middle bottom; one inch lower bottom left corner.  Some lifting of gloss coating along front sleeve opening. Dog ears on all four corners. Sticker residue on back upper left. (See pictures for detail).
